Terms of Service

1. The service

OnlyScript is a software platform that analyzes content sets and generates sales scripts, sexting messages, captions and persona sheets with the help of AI. The service is provided as is, on a pay-as-you-go credit basis, and is intended for professional use by adult content creators and their teams.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that using a tool designed for adult content is lawful where you operate.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done under your account. Team members you invite act under your workspace and your responsibility. Notify us immediately at contact@onlyscript.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your content

You keep full ownership of the media you upload and the texts you generate. By uploading content, you warrant that:

• you own the rights to that content or hold the necessary authorizations,
• every person depicted is an adult and has consented to the production and commercial use of the content,
• the content complies with the laws applicable to you and to us.

Content depicting minors, non-consensual acts, or any unlawful material is strictly prohibited. Violations lead to immediate account termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Credits and payments

• New accounts receive a one-time grant of free credits.
• Top-ups are paid in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. Credits are credited once the payment is confirmed.
• Credits are consumed per generation, at the rates displayed in the application. If a generation fails on our side, the corresponding credits are refunded to your wallet.
• Purchased credits are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the platform: no attempts to breach security, no resale of the service without agreement, no automated scraping of the application, no use of the output to harass, defraud or impersonate real persons without authorization.

7. AI output

Generated texts are produced by AI from your inputs. You review and remain responsible for what you send or publish. We do not guarantee revenue outcomes or platform compliance of any specific message; final editorial control is yours.

8. Availability and liability

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for credits over the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Upon closure, your content is deleted in accordance with the privacy policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
